The refund policy does not apply to rent payments and biller payments once the amount has already been credited to the beneficiary. The amount will be paid to the landlord's or biller's bank account registered with us, as per your request.
If you have made a transaction on ePayRent and wish to cancel or request a refund, please write to us at support@epayrent.in within 1 hour of the transaction, along with a valid cancellation reason.
Please note that on cancellation, the convenience fee already charged will not be refunded.
Once your request is received and the cancellation is processed, the refund will be credited back to the original source of payment within 5-7 bank working days.
